Central point of contact for the authorities of EU member states, the European Commission, and the European Digital Services Board regarding other products offered by Mastodon GmbH

This page is intended to provide a point of contact, as required under Article 11 of the Digital Services Act (DSA), for Mastodon GmbH offered products, including:

• mastodon.social
• mastodon.online

The page is for the exclusive use of EU Member States' authorities, the EU Commission and the EU Board. It should not be used for any other purpose.

If you are a private individual, please use our dedicated contact point for individual users.

If you are an EU Member State authority, a member of the EU Commission or a member of the EU Board for digital services, you may submit an order or communicate with us in relation to the DSA by writing to authoritites@joinmastodon.org. For this purpose, Mastodon GmbH accepts communications in English and German. This single point of contact is only available in the European Union.

Unauthorized requests will not receive a response.
